WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Due to our vendors residing in China processing takes between 3-7 days and shipping takes around 12-30 days depending on where the product is being shipped. Some items shipped may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery time.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our in house Some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as China, Russia, Australia, Germany, and United Kingdom.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
Most Tracking can be done right on our website just type in the tracking code & the information should populate the information. If your tracking code isn't working check to see if you entered the code in correctly leaving out no numbers or letters. If your code still doesn't work then contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org
*Customer will have to cover their own shipping cost.
